Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mint Minds marketing website located at our public domain (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Separate agreements, order forms, or platform terms apply when you subscribe to or use Mint Minds products (for example, school or individual portals). Those documents control for product use; these Terms apply to the marketing Site and general enquiries unless expressly replaced.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' data, or any networks connected to the Site;
• Introduce malware, overload, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a way that impairs performance or violates applicable law;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or submitting forms.

Information and availability

Content on the Site (including descriptions of features, assessments, mentorship, and events) is provided for general information. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. Features labelled as coming soon or in development may change before launch.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability to you, except where prohibited by law.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Mint Minds or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written permission, except for temporary copies in your browser as needed to view the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, social profiles or registration tools). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mint Minds and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim for the specific service giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred UAE dirhams (AED 100), if you have not paid us for a service related to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Mint Minds against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
